Bad news...
I haven't posted photos for a while - I've been distracted and lazy. So, the plan was to get them all uploaded and post some amazing pics this week. However, that won't be happening for a while because my amazing camera was stolen. :( I am beyond mad. Especially because the one time I forget it is in my car - is the one time some jackasses decide to break in. UGH!!!! Anywho, so, if you have been waiting for pics you will have to be patient because I gotta somehow get me a new awesome camera first.

POD 2011 Days 1 & 2
Day 1: January 1, 2011
Ok, so I can't take credit for actually taking this photo but, it is just too cute and it was a fabulous way to start the new year - at the Jazz game with Maria
Day 2: January 2, 2011The Cathedral of the Madeleine
I have always LOVED the architecture of this church so as I was driving to work this afternoon I thought it would be fun to get a different view - this shot came from the street behind the church.
Photo project
On my birthday I started a little photo blog - it went well for about a month. Then I bought a house and things got crazy and I well, I suck and forgot to take pictures and wasn't posting them. So, Since it is the season of new resolutions and starting over... I'm going to attempt this again. I erased the photo blog and am starting from scratch. Day 1: January 1, 2011. So, stay tuned for your fill of photos in the coming year :)
In 2011 I will...
Try a little harder to leave work at work
Take time out of my day to relax (or try to teach my self to relax..)
Enjoy the company of my friends and family a little more
Read a good book or two... or three and who knows, maybe even more
Develop my talent and hobby of photography and take more pictures :)
Learn something new
Take a road trip
Train for and complete a 1/2 marathon
Work harder at getting back in shape
Attend a baseball game
Go somewhere I've never gone before
Attempt to get organized
Stop trying to reinvent the wheel
Enjoy life and another year!

With Every End There is a New Beginning
2010 flew by and I'm sure 2011 will do the same. I guess it really is true that time flies as you get older. I hit a few milestones in 2010 -
- My niece was born in January - she is adorable and continues to get cuter every day.
- I got transfered to a new school where I have the dream job of teaching only 1 subject AND don't have to coach any sports. It is fabulous! I do still miss my old school- my coworkers and even my students.
- I finally moved out of my ghetto apartment and bought me a cute little townhouse in SLC (yes, I know, pictures are still coming... I need to finish painting first) It is still strange to think that
- I am officially a 30 something. And really, it is no big deal. Age is just a number to me. It is kinda weird to think about though.
I'm sure there is more that happened in the past year but those are the ones that come to mind. Overall I would have to say it was a good year. Nothing to complain about - but I am hoping 2011 will be even better :)
Like most people, I have a few things (ok, a laundry list of things) I want to accomplish in the next year and now is as good a time as ever to get crackin' on the list and crossing things off! I think my number one goal should be to actually complete and accomplish the goals that I set! :) Guess we will see how far I get in the next year!I hope you all have a fabulous 2011!!
